How do the sessions work ?
Online Sessions: Before each session, I will send you a Google Calendar invite with the scheduled date and time. Just click the link to join. During the session, I will share my screen with a prepared file of activities. You will primarily speak while I take notes, and occasionally, you will write as well. After our session, I will send you the session file, along with recommendations for videos, articles, exercises, or songs to review before our next meeting.
In-Person Sessions: Before each in-person session, I will send you a Google Calendar invite detailing the agreed-upon date and location. We can meet at my office, your home, a café, or a park. During the session, we will engage in tailored activities. Like online sessions, you will primarily speak while I take notes, and sometimes you will write as well. Following our meeting, I will provide you with the session file and suggestions for additional resources to help you prepare for our next session.
You can choose the format—online or in-person—based on your preferences and learning style. Each session will be customized to meet your individual needs and goals.
